1. What is AutomateForm
AutomateForm is a software-as-a-service platform that provides form submission endpoints, structured content collections, and workflow automation via a REST API and web dashboard. The service is currently in beta.
2. Beta Disclaimer
AutomateForm is provided on an "as-is" basis during the beta period. Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta phase.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly. You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from the dashboard.
4. Data & Security
We store your form submissions, collection records, and account data on secure, encrypted infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is isolated per client workspace - one client's data is never accessible to another.
You retain ownership of all data you submit through AutomateForm. You may export or delete your data at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutomateForm to:
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
- Store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or systems.
- Abuse API rate limits or intentionally degrade service performance.
6. Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time - access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service issues. During the beta, paid plans may not yet be available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateForm and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
